Operator and contact

The responsible operator is Wow Coach. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to perfedge@aol.com.

Purpose and limits

This tool supports reflection and longitudinal wellbeing tracking. It does not diagnose a psychiatric or medical condition and is not a substitute for professional care.

Information collected

We collect your account identifier, assessment dates, five WHO-5 responses, calculated WHO-5 scores, stress, social connection, purpose and meaning, life satisfaction, optional private notes, consent records, and reminder preferences if enabled.

Use and access

Your data is used to provide your private dashboard, history, comparisons, export, and reminders. Standard administrator access is limited to participation information and de-identified aggregate statistics. Identifiable responses and private notes are formally prohibited from standard administrator queries and views.

Retention

Wellbeing records are retained for no longer than 24 months after collection unless you delete them sooner or a documented legal obligation requires limited preservation. The operator must run and document the retention process before production use.

Your controls

You may download a CSV copy, delete only your Wellbeing data, withdraw consent, or delete your entire Coach App account. Account deletion also removes linked civic profiles, conversations, coaching records, progress, reminders, and owned uploaded documents.

Crisis scope

This assessment does not ask about self-harm, suicide, abuse, or acute crisis. If future versions add crisis-related questions, they must use a separately reviewed safety protocol, explain response limits before collection, provide appropriate local resources, and must not imply continuous monitoring or emergency response.

Security and limitations

Access is restricted through authenticated server routes and user-ID-scoped database queries. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact the operator if you believe your information was accessed improperly.
